Peter Liem, Sherryfest Co-founder & Author
Peter Liem is an American wine writer, and author of Following nearly a decade in the wine trade, he was a senior editor, critic and tasting director for Wine & Spirits, and his writings on sherry, champagne and other wines have also appeared in publications such as The World of Fine Wine, The Art of Eating and The San Francisco Chronicle. Since 2006, he has resided in the Champagne region of France, and can also frequently be found in New York, Jerez and north London.

Rosemary S. Gray, Sherryfest Co-founder & CEO
Rosemary Gray is a wine and spirits professional based in New York City and California. She sources and sells wine with Convive Wine & Spirits located in Manhattan’s East Village and writes her own online offers at Wine Featurette. Rosemary specializes in the wines of Champagne, Germany, Austria and Sherry. She is the co-creator of Sherryfest with writer Peter Liem. A wine professional for over twelve years, Rosemary has worked for a number of highly respected organizations including Chambers Street Wines, Flatiron Wines, Grand Cru Selections, SevenFifty, The Boise Co-op in Idaho, and Wine Cask in Santa Barbara.

CaitlinCaitlin Laman, Beverage Director: Bodegas Liaison & Cocktail Program
A Portland native, with a penchant for baseball and thick a Boston accent; Caitlin has spent the last six years bartending and consulting for various cocktail programs around the Bay Area. Caitlin now lives in the Mission a few short blocks from the bar she manages and spends all of her good time, Trick Dog. In 2014 she won the national “SpeedRack” title and was voted best new bartender in San Francisco by Food & Wine Magazine.

Sarah H. Bray is a communications professional with a background in strategic development, implementation, and digital marketing. She was formerly director of digital marketing and development for SAVEUR Magazine and brand strategist for the wine auction and retail divisions at Sotheby’s, and she is a frequent contributor to The Sommelier Journal, Departures, and other publications. Through her company SHB Communications, she focuses on strategic planning for wine brands and regions, from client development and event planning to website and communications strategy.



Siu Ki Wan, Director of Event Production & Logistics
Former Wine & Spirits Magazine‘s Event & Marketing Director, Siu Ki Wan redefined the magazine’s event program with their premiere event’s Top 100 Tasting and Top of the List Event. Through her event production company SKW Productions, Siu Ki has worked for an array of wine and spirits events for some diverse high-profile clients, including: Newport Mansion Wine & Food Festival, a Razor, a Shiny Knife, Drink Me Magazine, Firewater Partners, Wine & Spirits Magazine, The Food Network New York City Wine & Food Festival, Global Green USA, Italian Wine Merchants, and Snooth Media.
